How can you support #Me?

When we share the story of #Me, people often ask how they can support us, so we just wanted to share with you the ways in which you can be involved in the amazing work we do...

But before we do, we also thought it important to share tangible evidence as to how #Me has made a difference in peoples' lives since our launch on December 7th 2018.

  • We have had / currently have 12 groups running;

  • We are launching 3 youth support groups this coming September;

  • To date 79 people have been involved in #Me courses as facilitators or attendees;

  • We have several partnerships with local youth cafes / projects (and further afield!);

  • We've had 100% positive feedback as well as 'would recommend to others';

  • Megan hosted a guest lecture for a Strategic Management Module;

  • #Me is now a team of 3!

So how can you get involved? 

There are 3 main ways...

  1. Talk about #Me - share us with your friends, family, work colleagues,  neighbours!

  2. Donate - maybe you would like to financially assist the work that we do.

  3. Become a volunteer blogger - would you like to share your stories, thoughts, experiences of mental health and wellbeing?
