self-awareness, promote a positive mindset and encourage sustainable, healthy habits so you're better equipped to handle life’s ups and downs.
#Me endeavour to be the change we seek in the world. #Me provides a space for peers to connect, share experiences, build supportive networks and develop emotional resilience. Our practical and trustworthy 12 week course empowers you to learn, improve and grow. The #Me course consists of hour long, weekly #Me Meetings that are run by 2 trained facilitators of the same gender. Each attendee receives a logbook, stress ball and pack of 52 #Me Methods cards (healthy coping strategy suggestions) to help process emotions, reflect on their journey and view progress.

#Me is the middle ground between chatting to your friends who perhaps can't relate and professional help which can be costly and inaccessible. Although the facilitators have knowledge and experience of mental health and wellbeing, their advice should not replace that of any professional you are seeing regarding your mental health. They will strive to help you in the best way they can, and will signpost you to professional help should that be necessary.
